Terms and Conditions.

When booking with Settle, Sleep & Me; access to and use of the Service is conditional based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.  By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.  If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, then you should not proceed and may not access the Service.

1. You should follow the safe sleeping guidelines, in line with the SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) recommendations.

2. You must disclose any medical conditions your child has and ensure they are discussed with you GP prior to starting of any form of sleep training.  You must ensure your child has been cleared by your GP to begin sleep training, prior commencing any form of any sleep training.

3. Understand that the information and sleep plan provided to you is for your child only and must not be shared with a third party.  You acknowledge that the information and sleep plan provided, may not be appropriate for another child.

4. Settle, Sleep & Me will not offer any medical advice.  If you do have any concerns about your child’s health, we strongly urge you to contact your GP or other appropriate health professional.  The information outlined on the Settle, Sleep & Me website, or the information and sleep plan provided to you is intended to be used for educational purposes only, not as a substitute for medical advice.

5. Any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping routine or eating schedule, are your decision and we only provide suggestions for change, of which you are solely responsible for choosing to implement.

6. The sleep plan and two-week support package must begin on a date prearranged by you and Settle, Sleep & Me.  If your child becomes unwell during this time, a new date will be discussed.

Refund policy.

If Settle, Sleep & Me deem that it is not suitable for us to work together, you will be provided with a full refund.

If you have a change of mind or decide that you would no longer like to proceed, but the sleep plan is already being written, or has already been completed, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.  However, if the sleep plan has been sent to you and/or the two weeks of support have already begun, you will not be eligible for a refund.
